• Participated and completed successfully 5 day online faculty development programme on “Emerging Trend in Hospitality and Tourism and data analysis” from 1^st Feb 2022 to 5^th of Feb 2022 organised by SGT University, Gurugram.
• Participated in 10 days skill development 10 days skill development programme on food and beverage from 23^rd of August to 2^nd of September 2021 organised by Bhhkaji Kama Subharti College of Hotel Management, Meerut.
• Attended a 7 days Online Interdisciplinary Faculty Development Program on Post COVID-19 Pandemic Challenges in Higher Education organized by the Faculty of Performing & Visual Arts, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla, India, organized from 20.05.2020 to 26.05.2020.

• Participated and presented paper on the topic “Developing a Sustainable Tribal Tourism Model in the Tribal Region of Jharkhand with a focus on Ranchi & Khunti Districts” in 3^rd CT International Hospitality &Tourism Conference held on 16 Feb 2023.
• Presented paper on the topic "Sustainable Rural Tourism Empowering Communities, Preserving Heritage” in the International Conference at ICRIEMSD-2023 organised by the School of Management, OP Jindal University, Raigarh on 3^rd and 4^th November 2023.
