Finance & Commerce

Commerce is all about the understanding of business or trade. B. Com. is one of the courses which, despite being a traditional one, still finds takers in the student community due to its approach. The Department of Finance & Commerce has a course curriculum that has been tailored in such a way that it can serve the needs according to the requirement in the industry and the implications arising out of it. The students are groomed to do well in professional entrance exams like CA, CS, CWA, CFA, and the like. Not only this, The students are given exposure to presentation finesse, professional communication, and office etiquette, a far cry from traditional commerce courses. Some of the key highlights of the undergraduate or the post-graduate programme in Commerce at SRM University Delhi-NCR are the Choice Based Credit System as per New Education Policy & Industry 4.0. Experimental and experiential learning through live projects, course-specific practical, industrial/academic visits, and summer internship Programmes. Also, the Skill Enhancement courses and hands-on training equip the students for the current industrial requirements and entrepreneurship.
