Research Interests

  1. Investigation of electrocaloric materials for solid-state refrigeration applications.
  2. Exploring the mechanism behind novel physical phenomena such as low resistances across metal/semiconductor interfaces, low-temperature sintering and annealing, origin of multiferroic in dilute magnetic semiconductors etc. 
  3. Electromagnetic field strength at metal nanostructures: Surface Plasmons and their application in explosive molecule detection using SERS.
  4. Battery Materials.
  5. Quantum Computation.
